The bracketed notes at the end of the analysis refer to sections in the annual write up that may be helpful in understanding the reasoning behind the write up. For example, NN represents North Node. The pertinent dates are at the end of this write up for quick reference. This write up prints at about six pages.
2005 will shape up to be a year of new learning and variety; collecting facts, figures and insights. There is intellectual stimulation galore. The can be the times when we reconnect with our siblings, make connections with our neighbours and generally speaking become more involved with our community. This can also be the time when we decide to learn new skills and talents by returning to school or taking evening classes. Travel becomes more pronounced as we want to explore new things. Perhaps you will also become more interested in trying out different physical activities; take up mountain climbing, hiking, or learn to use firearms. Perhaps instead of taking lessons in something you'll decide to teach something you know well. Teaching is rather rewarding as the teacher typically learns as much new stuff as the student. How you get from A to B can become a challenge the second half of the year; so it would be prudent to make sure your vehicle gets proper maintanence, so at least the reason isn't that you forgot to top and the oil and the engine ran dry. [NN]
Until late October Jupiter better known as Mr. Big stays in the sector of your solar chart that represents philosophical quests, foreign travel, in-laws and our convictions and grand dreams. This also talks about learning to apply the skills and knowledge you have collected over the years, and perhaps acquiring more. This can be the time when you make bigger plans for your future, quietly behind the scenes. Things set in motion in 2001 could culminate nicely late March and inspire you to work toward your long-term goals with a sense of anticipation and certainty.
The Mercury periods highlight three areas in your life. The ones at the end of the year both 2004 and 2005, bring the house of hopes, wishes and dreams into heightened focus. Now it is time to enter the big world, restart networking, and to make connections with people who share your interests and passion for making a difference. This can be the time when some friendships end and new ones begin. Periodically we need to rekindle dreams and aspirations; review our progress and even change our minds about some of these. Life is a steady motion forward, but our path is altered by the choices we make. When we feel impassioned about what we are pursuing, life takes on whole new meaning. Encourage your mind to take flights of fancy and play out some of those what if scenarios.
The Mercury period in the Spring is the time to prioritize schedules. It is equally challenging, when we have too much to do, or not enough to occupy our time. This is a good time to sort through papers, and for reorganizing your space and daily routines. It is a good time to work on new concepts for more efficient and productive methods of handling tasks at your workplace, especially if you are looking to get ahead. Maybe dust off any writing, or creative projects you've placed on the back-burner and find renewed inspiration to tackle these. Perhaps you'd rather just catch up on your reading and visit with people you have not had the time to see for the longest time.
If you started something new in the Spring of 2001 - it can now yield beautiful rewards. Any positive shifts and changes that took place back then are coming to fruition. It can also be a time of quiet realization that you want different things from life from here on out.
This theme has been going on for a year and a half now. Initially we feel the limitations and recognize the need for new structures with our work and obligations. These years are typically the ones where we work the hardest and often without too many compliments. We get to do things repeatedly in order to learn to it to perfection. It is about making things better, improving efficiency and taking care of each and every little detail. Unless we also make sure that we get adequate rest and some play time as well, this can be a time when chronic health issues surface. Or it can be the time when we whip ourselves into better shape, implement a regular exercise regimen, and teach ourselves to eat better. It is a good time to begin a diet that you can stick to. Because we are talking about Saturn, this is the year to make sure your teeth get scheduled maintenance as well.
In July when Saturn moves onto Leo, for the next 2.5 years (until September
2007). Now the theme switches to OTHERS, the lessons are in cooperation, sharing
and naturally there are some challenges to go with it. You may find yourself
being responsible for a parent or a child in more profound ways than is normal.
Perhaps you need to become the caretaker while a spouse is recovering from
surgery. The essence really is about assuming more responsibility. Either
willingly or unwillingly - the choice of course is yours. The one thing we
have absolute free will over is our attitude. This can also relate to a promotion
at work that you might not feel all that eager to take on - but once again
it all boils down to your attitude. The stars don't define whether it is good
or bad, simply that it is and there is the potential for anything to go either
way,
The third Mercury period in the Summer involves the house of relationships and cooperation. Clarity of thought does not always translate to words that can only be interpreted one way. Those assumptions we all make forms the challenging part of our relationships. Learning to listen is the lesson, but also finding better ways to express your thoughts. Once in a while we have to state our views adamantly to help establish those boundaries. There are some tall tales with only a fluff of truth; it is best to consider these as entertainment and keep them from growing into gossip. Collect your facts and do your research before presenting your work to the higher ups. Think of the delays as an opportunity to have extra time to polish off projects.[Mercury]
At the same time Mercury travels through Leo and has taken up residency there for two months, Mars moves in for an extended, six month, visit of the area of your solar chart that represents the home and family. Taurus is practical, pragmatic energy that likes to get things accomplished at a steady pace. Your home is about to change - through renovation, relocation or you could have long-term houseguests, such as a kid returning back to the nest. This period is also reflected in the outer world, through career and similar pursuits. There can be some exciting developments in your worldly pursuits. The draw back maybe that you feel pulled in two directions at once and you don't particular like changes. Holding onto status quo is more your style - you aren't that fond of surprises unless you get to instigate these.
Venus spends three months in the 12th house of your solar chart. This is the house where we reflect on life's mysteries and get in touch with our own rich inner world. The ultimate emphasis on gaining spiritual insights and learning to appreciate yourself - flaws and all. Sometimes it takes an illness for us to learn to count our blessings. It might be someone you love who has health issues and you end up spending time at the hospital or taking care of their affairs while they are recuperating. It is a perfect time to make note of dreams, flashes of intuition and perhaps learning to meditate. Capricorn is the sign that spells endurance and staying power. It is also a very sensual sign, and can be the temptation to have clandestine affairs. Perhaps you'll be drawn to the church to hear those sermons with a renewed appreciation for the message. [Venus]
