Note: The write-up here is based on the Sun sign and if you happen to know your rising sign, I recommend you read that as well. Remember I am generalizing and only able to speculate because the write-ups are intended for the millions who share your Sun sign, an astrologer can be more specific about your life once your date of birth, time of birth and location of birth are known. Who you are, what you do and who you have become are the biggest issues in 2007-08. Are you doing what you enjoy? Are you happy with how you look and could your attitude use a little shape-up or shake-up? These types of issues begin surfacing in June. In part what was going on around your last birthday will give you clues as to what these themes might be for you personally.
Beginning mid-January your goals and aspirations become food for thought. There is a period of review February 13-March 7, 2007, during which mix-ups and little glitches afford you extra time to make adjustments and changes. The same period is excellent for heart to heart conversations, especially with partner and children. We change our thinking about important matters slowly. This Spring you are more likely to acknowledge that certain changes are necessary in order for you to advance in the direction you had planned.
Heads up for the Mercury retrograde period (Feb 13 – Mar 7), read all of February; keep good records with any documentation involving money and financial settlements, copies of correspondence and pay closer attention on how you express your views with friends—it's easy to speak out of turn now. Miscommunications can escalate to strained friendships and relationships, people tend to be extra emotional now.
Beginning May and well into 2008, you will be thinking about life from a very personal perspective. It is about you, your attitude and physical body now—your life force, ego, energy, who you are becoming. It is time to get that physical body in shape, put yourself first for a change and revamp your attitude and appearance. This is an excellent time to start a healthier regimen—exercise, diet and relaxation time. A healthier you becomes a more vibrant you. At the tail end of the Summer, your vitality increases as does your assertiveness, you become a motivated doer. In the course of several months (actually until May 2008), you will spend a fair bit of time revamping your life. What you do has to support you financially, emotionally and you need to feel you are in charge of your own life. You might come across rather forceful, so pay attention that you don't step on too many toes. Heads up June 15-July 9, do not neglect looking after your health, get a check up, and pay attention on how you express your views. Miscommunications begin with such trivial, forgettable comments. Make notes as it is easier for you to be forgetful during this time.
We all have more than one issue to contend with each year, this year; however, you have many things you want to set in order. During October-November, the affairs of children can become of concern for you, both positive and negative. Your role may be to dole out practical sound advice in order to teach them lovingly to handle life's vicissitudes, rather than simply allow events to control their lives. You might think about your hobbies and creative endeavours more now. What have you always wished you could do or have time to do? Paint, write or create ‘masterpieces' with your hands out of wood, metal, or cultivate that perfect garden or even a scrap book. What about fun and play? We need to balance all facets of our lives in order to feel content. This is the time to create contentment in your life.
Time lines: June 5-July 14 and August 8-October 7
Money matters need your attention. What have your spending habits become? How do you balance income and expenses? Setting up a budget is of course the logical solution. Learning to resist buying something you just love is challenging. During this time, the question of your priorities becomes important. What is important to you, and what is not? You might come to realize that you are not adequately compensated for what you do, and begin negotiating a different deal. It might best to avoid any major purchases and financial contracts from July 27 to September 8.
Where do you need to be more pragmatic and learn limits? Once again, the topic is money through September 2, and after that, you might need to deal with communication, vocational studies and your daily routines in general. One of your siblings, cousins or a similar person in your life may need assistance and support from you.
Where are your convictions changing? There are likely to be quite a few events and issues that crop up, which serve as a revelation. What you used to think about work, colleagues and how things should be done might change rather dramatically in the course of this year. The expansion takes place in the same area of life. 2007 is a pivotal year for you. The themes begin playing out starting May. The biggest change in the course of the next year and a half is the one within you. Granted chances are you will also change your look, get your body into better shape and go after what you desire in life with a newfound passion. If you are older, you could reflect back on the major shifts in 1992-93. The second bigger issue you will be sorting out—money and priorities—may be rather secondary, as you have already laid a rather solid foundation over the past two years.
