The themes from 2003 continue keeping relationships front and centre. How you relate and what you need from others are lessons and challenges for the year to come. You have become more reliant on your own resources and resourcefulness and now that progress kicks up a notch. You have grown closer to those near and dear, at times willingly and others kicking and fighting. The year can be a productive one in terms of creative effort and help you cultivate better interactions with children.
Uranus takes up residence in Pisces for seven years. You thought you knew yourself. Perhaps not that well after all. Here comes the chance (not really optional) to get to know yourself intimately. The eccentric, unique aspects of your personality want freedom of expression. We could call this a roller-coaster ride, full of thrills and a few jolts. Human beings are rather complex creatures, and we seldom honour all of the facets in our being. You feel charged, energized and somewhat vulnerable initially. We become accustomed to anything over time. Uranus is liberating. It removes inhibitions, gets us to accept our quirks and demands freedom from the bonds that limit our potential. This can put strain on those relationships you need to work with simultaneously, but then you need to be you. The influence is long-term and can range from acquiring an outrageous wardrobe, hair cut, body piercing and tattoos to acting and talking in a manner that pleases you with little regard to conventions and societal expectations. Yes, it is the planet of rebellion and shock waves.
Spring-Summer brings family matters under close scrutiny. Communication,
sharing feelings, ideas and desires for the future becomes important. You
cannot keep going through the motions rather you desire substance. You may
feel unappreciated and this does not sit well with you. This is also a time
when you are likely to do a lot of navel gazing in order to understand who
you have been and who you are fast becoming. Avoid any hasty decisions regarding
relationships mid-May through end of June. In life we regret the things we
didn't try the most. You'll be walking to the beat of different drum for seven
years and hearing the call to be true to yourself.
