Jupiter in your sign brings mixed blessings—either grand or it could have been worse—in hindsight 2007 looks like a great year. By the end of 2008, all of the intensity of the past decade lifts; that light at the end of the tunnel. In the meantime, there are endings and beginnings galore, and beginning in May, your goals and aspirations, once properly aligned, begin to manifest in ways you couldn't have foreseen. You'll feel more inspired and enthused about the possibilities rather than only see the obstacles. Obstacles as we know are the stepping-stones to opportunities.
Beginning mid-January communications with family members are more meaningful. News about children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews (close family) are probable this year. It's important to express your view with compassion, and if you are entrusted secrets you are expected to keep them—often easier said than done.
Throughout February, be aware that you need to be extra careful with communication. It might seem as people don't hear you or are not paying attention to what you are saying. It is pointless loosing your cool, rather plan to say it again with different words.
There is a period of review February 13-March 7, 2007, during which mix-ups and little glitches afford you extra time to make adjustments and changes. The same period is excellent for sincere conversations, especially with family members. We change our thinking about important matters slowly. Heads up: pay closer attention on how you express your views—it's easy to speak out of turn now. Miscommunications can escalate to strained relationships; people tend to be extra emotional now—including you.
Beginning May and well into 2008, your attention is on resources, shared assets and matters related to insurance, taxes, investments and similar matters. In most countries this is tax season, so perhaps it is rather timely affording you the luxury of digging deep for the best solutions. It is a good policy to review these types of matters annually. On an advisory note check through credit card, bank and other similar statements with care. Fraud has been on the increase, and you want to be sure to guard your assets.
Numerous other issues might be on your agenda, the astrological house in question has concepts such as surgery, death, psychology, and occult studies as well as idleness within it. Only by looking at a complete chart can reveal more personal information.
We all have more than one issue to contend with each year, October (in particular) and November (in part) your inner world becomes more important. This could be a time when you venture into unknown territory—unfamiliar tasks, new insights and perhaps a fascination with dreams, spirituality and other psychic phenomena. Family matters can become more important and you might find yourself travelling more.
The heads up period is from Oct 11 to November 1; make note to take care of those regular household maintenance items—furnace, water tank, etc.—you are likely more forgetful now.
Time lines: June 5-July 14 and August 8-October 7
Back in 1999, Venus was in your career sector for an equally long time—happens every eight years for you. This is very personal, and thinking back gives you better clues than the chance that I nail it in this generalized write-up. Are you happy with what you do these days? What we value changes over time, and this is one of those times when you re-evaluate your life, goals and work relationships. During these months, you will likely get a lot of feedback about your wonderful capabilities and talents. The compliments may sound shallow if you disagree.
It might not be best time to enter into contracts from July 27 to September 7.
Where are your convictions changing? There are likely to be quite a few events and issues that crop up, which serve as a revelation. This process has been going on for a decade. During this year and 2006, there is an escalation. This is the last complete year in this cycle that moves ahead in the course of 2008. This is all taking place in the sign of your Sun, depending on your birthday; this could be something to come or something you have already lived through. It is personal for Sagittarians born 18-21 December. Note, that the Sun sign dates used may not indicate your sign accurately around the date the Sun moves ahead. If you were born in the morning on December 22, 2006 in Sydney Australia, you are a Sagittarius Sun; the same information in Vancouver Canada gives the Sun position in Capricorn. Thus, what is changing, is YOU, your attitude and ideas, including your physical appearance. The process began a decade ago, and in the course of this year, some things reach a point where change becomes necessary. The process is very much connected to inner 'turmoil', and not necessarily evident to those around you, thus once in a while, remind yourself to share some of your thoughts with people, who have a place in your heart. You haven't been particularly transparent and easy to 'read' in years, just so you know.
The lengthy Mars period that begins in August follows similar themes discussed above regarding money, assets, shared resources and commitment to stay the course.
